The reason to set up my online store is very simple.
The vision is to create and Be adored!

Creating jewelleries is one of my life greatest pleasure and enjoyment. Nothing beats after a day's beading and experimenting and creating new designs.

Beading is really something very fulfilling. Besides having an interest in jewellery-making, I love traveling and always make a point to travel to a different country every year! Traveling broadens my horizon and widens my knowledge and of cos' collecting beads from the different parts of the world! Hence, you may find some materials I have used in some of my jewelleries are imported from USA, China, Korea, Japan, Thailand and more! Nevertheless, I will make sure that the materials used are of good quality and durable and makes very worthwhile to purchase them.

How to order?

Sign in as a new member or as an existing member.
Add the items of your choice to your Shopping Cart.
Enter your shipping and billling address.
Once the order is successfully placed, an email confirmation will be sent and a notification message will appear on the website: Checkout Process Has Been Passed Successfully. Order Id is xxxxxx.

How to make Payment
All prices are quoted in SGD Dollars.

Upon order confirmation, a payment email confirmation will be sent to provide payment information.
We accept only POSB/DBS Bank Funds Transfer.
Reservations are allowed up to 3 days.

Orders and Delivery Tracking
At Valjewels, we would like to ensure your shopping experience in the safest way.

Please allow 2-3 working days for us to process your order.
All purchases are shipped via Singapore Post.
You may also track your orders in the Orders History section if you are a Valjewels member.
You should expect to receive the order within 3 - 5 working days from upon item(s) shipped.
All purchases spent below SGD50 Dollars are charged at SGD $2.00 for shipping charges (via Singapore Post Registered Mails)
FREE Delivery if you spend SGD50 dollars or above!

Returns and Exchange Policy
At Valjewels, we are dedicated to provide our customers with the very best service.

As we do not allow for order cancellation, kindly read the product information carefully before confirming your order.
Goods sold are non refundable & non exchangeable.
We will check and ensure that all item(s) are in good condition before sending out for delivery.
Item(s) will be packed with bubble wrapped and sealed for delivery.
Valjewels is not responsible for items lost, spoilt, stolen or misplaced during delivery.
Valjewels items are guaranteed for a period of 1 month.
Kindly note that all postage charges to and fro will be borne by the customer, if there is any need to return the damaged item.

Fashion jewellery are often left exposed without proper care and storage causing discolouration.
In Valjewels, you are advised to keep your items in zip-lock bags to prevent oxidation and to prolong the sparkles of your jewellery pieces.
Avoid contact with liquids like perfumes, soaps or other chemicals irritants.
To provide this gentle reminder, Valjewels purchases comes with a care instruction card for your convenience.
